It's still just me, corndogging it solo, and I've got my kids every other weekend; also, operations are largely weather-dependent. High winds, heavy rain, snow, etc., are usually a no-go for this dinky little 'cart' setup. Got to be able to keep the weather out of the food, and the deep-fryer flame burning.
